Lauth Property Group recently acquired a retail shopping center in Avon, Indiana called Eden Plaza. The project is strategically located in front of the Super Walmart on Rockville Road and enjoys excellent access via a full interchange at Walmart’s front door. Eden is approximately 14,000 square feet and currently has three tenants with a fourth tenant, Chicago Title and Trust, scheduled to open in mid-April 2013. This acquisition fits well within Lauth’s strategy of developing and acquiring high-quality real estate in strong markets and adds to Lauth’s existing retail portfolio.
