Lauth Construction, LLC has completed the newest flagship Sports Performance facility for St. Vincent Healthcare, a division of Ascension Health. This facility is a full service medical office, fitness training, and physical therapy center located within the Clay Terrace Lifestyle Center in Carmel, Indiana. Clay Terrace was designed and developed by Lauth Property Group and was originally constructed by Lauth Construction, LLC in 2004. The Lifestyle Center is jointly owned by Simon Property Group and Lauth Property Group entities. Since 1987, St. Vincent’s Sports Performance has defined the industry of sports performance by combining performance training, medicine, psychology and nutrition; creating a comprehensive service continuum for their clientele. St. Vincent’s Sports Performance serves over 19,000 athletes and families, annually, through the aforementioned services, bringing an extraordinary level of service to amateur, elite and professional athletes. With the addition of the Carmel location, they are able to broaden their client base and create additional convenience for a geographical location that may be closer to their existing clientele. Amidst the predominantly retail development, this facility is a great compliment to the existing office, retail, and restaurant tenants already located within the Clay Terrace Lifestyle Center.
