Lauth Tops Off INTECH Three

INDIANAPOLIS(May 16, 2007) – Today a team of Hoosier steelworkers hoisted the last beam into place at Lauth’s INTECH Three, the eighth corporate building at the largest office development in the state and a certified technology park.

“Construction is moving along briskly and it couldn’t come at a better time,” said Tag Birge, First Vice President and Midwest Regional Director at Lauth. “We have received very strong interest in INTECH Three from prospective tenants.”

Lauth is in the latter stages of negotiations with a prospective tenant that would occupy a portion of INTECH Three. The company, which cannot be disclosed at this time, plans to expand its Indianapolis presence at the park.

INTECH Three will be a four-story, 151,343 square foot, Class-A office building. The building will be located just south of INTECH Two with tremendous visibility from I-465. Lauth broke ground on the building in January. It should be open by the end of the year.

Lauth broke ground on INTECH Park in 1999. The development features over 750,000 square feet of corporate office space across 210-acres of wooded terrain. INTECH Park is approximately 96% leased to dozens of organizations including: Eli Lilly and Company, Purdue University, Protis Executive Innovations, Grow Indiana Media Ventures, and TriMedX. In addition to its state-of-the-art technological infrastructure, INTECH Park also contains 13-water features, on-site fitness and daycare facilities, and hotel, banking, and restaurant options for visitors and our corporate clients. Today’s topping off ceremony is the latest in a series of recent announcements by Lauth. Later this afternoon the company will open a new 85,000 SF healthcare facility for Bon Secours in Virginia Beach, VA. Yesterday the company released new interior renderings of NASCAR Plaza, a 20-story office tower currently under construction in downtown Charlotte. Earlier this month Lauth was named one of the Best Places to Work by the Chamber of Commerce. Lauth also ranked this year as the 13th largest real estate developer in the nation according to Commercial Property News and the 13th largest healthcare developer in the U.S. according to Modern Healthcare.
