CARMEL, INDIANA (November 20, 2013) — Lauth Group, Inc. headquartered in Carmel, Indiana has signed a lease in Avon, IN with outdoor specialty retailer Gander Mountain.

Lauth Construction will facilitate the development of the 45,600 SF store – the newest addition to Gable Crossing Shopping Center located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 36 and Gable Drive.

Gander Mountain is a repeat customer of Lauth, as Lauth Construction developed the 48,694 SF retail space at Lafayette Pavilions Shopping Center in 2012. Avon will be home to the eighth Gander Mountain location in Indiana. Gander Mountain is scheduled to host its grand opening in the spring of 2014.
