  • Project Engineer, Construction

    The Project Engineer supports construction projects from preconstruction through closeout by assisting with estimating, documentation, quality control, scheduling, and field coordination. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and the Preconstruction team, this role helps ensure projects are accurately planned and executed to Lauth’s standards for quality, safety, and performance. The position also supports continuous improvement by using technology and innovative tools to enhance efficiency while upholding Lauth’s mission and core values.

    The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations for Lauth Communities by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and compliance activities. This role partners with managers and associates to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment across multi-family operations.
