NDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA (March 10, 2014) — Lauth Group, Inc. headquartered in Carmel, Indiana has signed a lease in Indianapolis, IN with grocer Fresh Thyme Farmers Market.
Lauth has acquired and will redevelop the existing retail center located at the northeast corner of 86th Street and Towne Road. Lauth Construction will facilitate the remodel of the existing building and construction of the 27,943 SF Fresh Thyme retailer.
The buyer, Lauth Group, Inc., represented itself and the seller was represented by Bill French of Cassidy Turley. Financing for the transaction was provided by First Internet Bank.
Fresh Thyme is a new grocer to the Midwest offering nutritious, natural and locally grown items. We are incredibly pleased that Fresh Thyme has again chosen Lauth as part of their Indiana expansion. Lauth is currently constructing a 28,888 SF Fresh Thyme Farmers Market at Lafayette Pavilions; a Lauth operated 337,652 SF shopping center in Lafayette, IN.
Fresh Thyme is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014.
