CARMEL, INDIANA (December 19, 2016) – Lauth Group, Inc., headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, broke ground this month on Fresh Thyme Farmers Market’s first location in Evansville, Indiana. Located within Evansville’s mixed-use, lifestyle community, The Promenade, the 30,000 square foot store is scheduled to open early in 2018.
Fresh Thyme is expanding its footprint throughout the Midwest with locations in ten states, including Indiana. Lauth is a preferred developer and general contractor for Fresh Thyme. The Evansville store is the 12th location Lauth will build for Fresh Thyme, with additional projects scheduled for kickoff in the near future.
