This state-of-the-art recreational facility is located within the 400-acre Grand Park sports campus. Lauth served as developer and general contractor for this project. It houses eight indoor courts used for basketball and volleyball. The facility also hosts Pickleball and Futsal leagues. Features include:

- A full-service concession stand
- Second floor viewing mezzanine
- Mounted cameras at each court level for live game streaming
- Business offices
