CARMEL, INDIANA (January 31, 2025) – Lauth Communities completed the acquisition of Apex at Perry Crossing Apartments (“Apex”), a 296-unit apartment community on January 29th. Built in 2023, the Class-A, garden style development is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, including:
