CARMEL, INDIANA (November 4, 2013) — Lauth Group, Inc. headquartered in Carmel, Indiana has signed a lease in Lafayette, IN with grocer Fresh Thyme Farmers Market.

Lauth Construction will facilitate the development of the 29,000 SF retailer – the newest addition to Lafayette Pavilions Shopping Center located on Creasy Lane. The project is strategically located approximately one mile west of I-65 along SR 26 at the “gateway” to the Lafayette, Indiana market.

Fresh Thyme is a new grocer to the Midwest offering nutritious, natural and locally grown items. We are incredibly pleased that Fresh Thyme has chosen Lafayette Pavilions as part of their Indiana expansion. We look forward to the additional customers Fresh Thyme will bring to the greater Lafayette community, and are pleased to provide a grocery selection to the Lauth operated 337,652 SF shopping center. Fresh Thyme is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014.
