Big things are scheduled to happen in 2013…

As 2012 came to a close, Lauth Property Group’s relationships with tenants in the retail industry was never more evident. In the final days of 2012, Lauth Property Group secured two (2) new junior box tenants, Gordman’s and Hobby Lobby, at Porter’s Vale Shopping Center in Valparaiso, Indiana. These two tenants have a combined rentable square footage of approximately 107k square feet. Lauth Construction shall serve as construction manager for both Gordman’s and Hobby Lobby, and anticipates that construction for both tenants shall be completed in the Fall of 2013. The addition of these two junior box tenants will solidify Valparaiso as a retail hub within the northwest Indiana region.
