The company expects Imperial Point Medical Arts Pavilion in Fort Lauderdale and Morton Plant North Bay Medical Arts Building in New Port Richey to open in approximately one year.
Imperial Point Medical Arts Pavilion will be located on the campus of Imperial Point Medical Center. This 68,500 square foot, Class A medical office building is being developed in partnership with Broward Health. The building offers custom designed suites to fit every practice and specialty. In addition to being located on the campus of Imperial Point Medical Center, this state-of-the-art office building sits less than ten minutes from many other Fort Lauderdale healthcare facilities thus saving doctors’ time commuting. Physician office space is being marketed by Deborah Fink with NAI, Rauch, Weaver, Norfleet, Kurtz, & Co. in Fort Lauderdale.
Morton Plant North Bay Medical Arts Building will be integrated with Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. This modern medical office building is being developed in conjunction with the hospital’s expansion program which is currently underway, offering new technology, larger spaces and forward-thinking design. This 45,000 square foot, Class A medical office building will offer state-of-the-art custom designed suites with on-site ancillary services. The connection between this medical building and the Morton Plant North Bay Hospital will improve doctor efficiency and provide easy access for patients. Physician office space is being marketed by Scott Dunkle in Lauth’s Orlando office.
