INDIANAPOLIS (February 5, 2008) – Lauth today announced that Phil Charmoli, SIOR, CCIM from Commercial Kentucky, Inc., a Cushman & Wakefield alliance partner, will serve as exclusive agent for Salt River Two located in the Salt River Business Park. Salt River Two will be a 936,000 square foot (sf) distribution, manufacturing, or assembly facility. The site is strategically located at I-65 and Highway 480, just 15 minutes south of Louisville International Airport in Bullitt County.
