PHOENIX (July 9, 2007) – Lauth announced today that Ulta agreed to occupy half of Lauth’s Riverside Business Center. The nationwide cosmetics retailer signed a lease for 328,995 square feet (SF). Riverside Business Center is a 603,910 SF building located at 4570 W. Lower Buckeye Road.

“This is a tremendous win for Phoenix and Lauth,” said Dave Carder, Vice President of Lauth’s Phoenix office. “It is a great testament to our delivery team and the quality of the building to have the Riverside Business Center more than 50% leased prior to the completion of construction.”

Ulta is a beauty supply retailer. The company provides one-stop shops for popular cosmetics and in-house salon services from more than 200 retail locations across the country and through Ulta.com.

Riverside Business Center is the second major project completed by Lauth since the company opened its Phoenix office two years ago. Last year the company completed the 246,000 SF Washington Airport Center. By the end of the year, Lauth plans to begin construction on four additional office and distribution projects in the area totaling nearly 2,000,000 SF, making it one of the most active office and industrial developers in Phoenix.

This marks the latest announcement for Lauth, a national developer and contractor. Last week the company completed a lease with educational-software developer ANGEL Learning for 25,000 SF at INTECH Three, Lauth’s eighth building in Indiana’s largest office park. In May, the company broke ground on the Bryan Towne Center retail development in Bryan/College Station, Texas, and a healthcare facility for PinnacleHealth in Mechanicsburg, PA. The company also opened the Bon Secours Health Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Earlier this year the company broke ground on NASCAR Plaza, a 20-story office tower in downtown Charlotte, and signed a lease with Nissan for a new distribution center in Memphis, TN.
