INDIANAPOLIS – (February 1, 2007) – As Lauth prepares to celebrate its 30th Anniversary in 2007, the company today reported record healthcare growth in 2006.

Lauth Healthcare opened six new medical facilities and began construction of 15 additional projects in eleven states in 2006. The company is partnering with well-known and respected names in healthcare such as: PinnacleHealth, Bon Secours, Select Medical, Mercy Health Partners and Sisters of St. Francis Health Services.

The state-of-the-art Bon Secours Cancer Institute at St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian, Virginia highlights Lauth’s new healthcare facilities completed in 2006. The 52,000 SF Cancer Institute is home to experts who specialize in the compassionate care and treatment of cancer patients. The facility also features a café, Reflections Wellness Boutique, and two healing gardens. In addition, Lauth commenced construction on the Exempla Lutheran Medical Center in the Southwest Denver, announced plans for its third medical facility in Texas, and has four facilities nearing completion for Select Medical.
Lauth added senior healthcare executives in 2006 in order to better serve its clients. Top-level healthcare associates, with significant industry experience, are in place at Lauth’s Indianapolis headquarters and its’ regional offices in Charlotte, Denver, Dallas, Orlando and Phoenix.
Lauth expects its growth to continue in 2007. The company is currently constructing and developing 35 projects across its’ four product groups, totaling nearly six million square feet, in multiple U.S. markets.
