CARMEL, INDIANA (March 30, 2017) – Lauth Construction, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lauth Group, Inc., headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, just completed the newest Fresh Thyme Farmers Market store in Broad Ripple. The 33,000 square foot store opened to the public at 7 AM on March 30th and is located at 6301 N. College Avenue, on the ground floor of The Coil complex. Lauth is a preferred developer and general contractor for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. This location was Lauth’s tenth for Fresh Thyme.
Currently the largest of the Fresh Thyme stores, the Broad Ripple location features several unique features, including an outside grilling area, a coffee bar and café area with indoor/outdoor seating, and a chippery, which makes fresh potato chips each day.
