INTECH Park Grows with New Tenant, New Office Building, and New Hotel

INDIANAPOLIS (April 17, 2008) – Lauth announced today exciting new developments at INTECH Park, Indiana’s largest office park.

New Tenant Brings 80 New Jobs to INTECH PARK
US Customs and Border Protection
will move a portion of its HR Department to 38,000 square feet (SF), an entire floor, at INTECH Three. The relocation from Washington, DC to Indianapolis will involve 80 jobs earning $29,000-$100,000+ annually. INTECH Three, which opened in February, is already 60% leased to companies such as: Angel Learning, Evotem, Universal Conference and Travel Incentives, and Patton Fund Management.

Lauth to Begin INTECH Four
The high demand for office space at INTECH Park has prompted Lauth to commence plans for INTECH Four. Construction on the 150,000 SF Class “A” office building will begin this fall. When INTECH Four opens in 3Q 2009, it will be the 9th office building at INTECH Park.

New Hilton Garden Inn Coming to INTECH Park
Vision Hospitality of Chattanooga, TN will begin construction this summer on a new Hilton Garden Inn inside INTECH Park. The full-service hotel will feature 122 rooms, a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a 4,000 SF conference center.
