CARMEL, INDIANA (August 23, 2017): Lauth Group, Inc., a Carmel-based real estate development and construction company, announced it will develop and build a new 100,000 SF mixed-use office building within Carmel’s latest mixed-use development, The Proscenium. Located at 1212 South Rangeline Road, groundbreaking for the overall project took place this morning at 10:00 AM.

When complete, the 4-story office building will include retail on the main street level with access to an onsite, underground parking garage. John Vandenbark, Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, will handle leasing for the building.
In addition to the project’s development partner Anderson Birkla, design and site engineering services are being provided by Woolpert. Lauth expects to break ground next spring with projected completion in summer 2019.

Located on a nearly 7-acre site at the gateway entrance to downtown Carmel, The Proscenium will feature residential, retail and office space. The $60 million project will be home to an approximately 225-unit multifamily complex and a 400+ space underground parking facility. The development will feature a central plaza with plans for an upscale restaurant.
