CHARLOTTE (October 22, 2007) – Lauth today announced the names of a dozen tenants that will join Lowe’s Home Improvement Center at Catawba Springs Promenade. The 280,000 square foot power center is located at the intersection of Highway 16 and Highway 73 in Denver, NC.
“Lauth is excited by the strong retailer interest in our project,” said Paxton Hollar, Vice President of Retail Development at Lauth’s Charlotte Office. “I believe that we have been successful in taking the traditional regional shopping center to a higher standard with enhanced architecture and landscaping at Catawba Springs Promenade.”
Catawba Springs Promenade will be anchored by a 165,000 SF Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, scheduled to open in November. Joining Lowe’s will be: Verizon, AutoZone, Chesterbrook Academy, Chick fil-A, Sweet Dreams, Noa Salon, Nevoles, Beef O’Brady’s, Showmars, Alltel, and 24.7 Fitness Studio.
Catawba Springs Promenade is one of three retail centers currently under construction by Lauth in the Charlotte area. Other developments include The Shoppes at Rivercrest, a Wal Mart anchored center in Granite Falls, NC; and Moores Chapel Village, a Food Lion anchored grocery center in Charlotte.
Lauth is the 3rd largest commercial real estate developer in the Charlotte-area according to the Charlotte Business Journal. Other projects include:
- NASCAR Plaza, a 20-story office tower in downtown Charlotte
- Two healthcare facilities
- Edgewater Corporate Center, including the award-winning, LEED Registered HSBC Regional Headquarters
- Southgate Corporate Park
This marks the latest announcement for Lauth, one of the nation’s leading developers and contractors.
