CARMEL, INDIANA (February 18, 2015) — Lauth Group, Inc. headquartered in Carmel, Indiana will soon begin construction on a 29,000 square foot office for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market’s corporate headquarters. Fresh Thyme Corporate will relocate from Phoenix, to Downers Grove, IL in April. They will occupy a full floor of the Corridors Office Park, featuring a combination of private and open offices, designed by Indianapolis-based Architects Forum.

Fresh Thyme is a new grocer to the Midwest offering nutritious, natural and locally grown items. Lauth is a preferred developer for Fresh Thyme, and is currently under construction with their third and fourth projects for Fresh Thyme in the Indianapolis market.
