CARMEL, INDIANA (May 6, 2014) — Lauth Group, Inc. headquartered in Carmel, Indiana will develop a new 52,000 sf Gander Mountain retail facility in the north Chicago suburb of Algonquin, IL.

The facility will be located at 1400 South Randall Road adjacent to the existing Super Walmart. The store is now under construction and will open in the Fall of 2014.

The outdoor specialty retailer is a repeat customer of Lauth. In 2012 Lauth developed the Gander Mountain in Lafayette, IN. Other recent Gander/Lauth developments include two 45,600sf projects located in Avon, IN, which opened in April 2014 and Greenfield, IN, which is scheduled to open May 2014.
