The 105,800 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility is the third Vance & Hines motorsports facility at Lauth’s Eaglepoint Business Park in Brownsburg, IN. The project pairs the two experienced companies, Lauth with 34 years of commercial real estate experience and Vance & Hines a company committed to providing innovative products to the racing industry for 30 years, for a third time.

This facility, the seventh building in the Vance & Hines portfolio, will be a 105,800 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility featuring 32’ clear height, 2 drive-in doors for racing industry haulers and 24 dock doors. Building features include two on end entryways each with a planned two (2) story office area, and open stairways with the ability to overlook the open warehouse below. The building is scheduled for a first quarter 2012 completion.
