Carmel, IN (January 2016) – “Lauth Communities”, a Lauth Group, Inc., company, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, recently acquired from Fource, LLC, Broadway Village Apartments, a 142-unit apartment community located in Greenfield, Indiana.  Broadway Village is the second community owned and managed by Lauth Communities, in Greenfield, Indiana.  Broadway Village consists of one, two and three-bedroom, single-story homes with attached garages. Lauth Communities will execute a repositioning plan which will include moderate updates to the unit interiors, building exteriors and a complete property management restructuring. In addition to ownership of Broadway Village and Bluestone Apartments in Greenfield, Indiana, Lauth Construction, another Lauth Group, Inc., company, recently completed construction on the 34,720 SF Oncology Center at Hancock Regional Hospital and developed the 45,600 SF Gander Mountain retail store.  The acquisition of Broadway Village is a continuation of Lauth’s mission of identifying, acquiring, and self-managing strategic investment opportunities in underserved and growing Midwest markets.
