LGI Best Places to Work Press Release
February 22, 2022: (Carmel, Indiana): Lauth Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies, Lauth Communities, and Integrated Facility Services, were recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The program is now in Its 17th year. The statewide survey and awards program is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace. This year’s list is made up of 125 companies. Lauth was recognized in the medium-sized business category defined as having at least 15 Indiana-based employees and between 75-249 employees nationwide. Lauth’s associates are based in Indiana and Kentucky.
Companies from across the state of Indiana entered the two-party survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process, the Employer Assessment, was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process contributed 80% to the overall evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
