RECon is an international convention for the shopping center industry and is commonly referred to as simply “ICSC.” ICSC provides an opportunity for Landlords, Tenants, Owners, Developers and Brokers to network and make deals with retail real estate professionals on a global scale. This convention draws over 30,000 participants, all of whom have retail real estate connections.
