Anyone who works with Vincent Ash knows his energy is contagious. Curious, optimistic, and deeply collaborative, Vincent leads with a people‑first mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for building great things alongside great teams. That approach has earned him recognition as a member of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Class of 2026, honoring emerging leaders making a meaningful impact across Central Indiana’s business and civic communities.
At Lauth, Vincent plays a key role in driving business development for build to suit clients, supporting new construction through the predevelopment phase, and leading operations and process implementation across the organization. Over the past year, he has helped guide major initiatives including the implementation of an entrepreneurial operating system to bring greater clarity and accountability, the launch of a focused business development strategy, and expanded public private partnership efforts with municipal and institutional partners.
That work includes projects such as Thunderbird Commerce Center, the redevelopment of the former Ford site on Indianapolis’ east side. Vincent led negotiations with the city of Indianapolis that secured up to a 10-year real property tax abatement, helping pave the way for a $110 million capital investment and the creation of 200 jobs. The project has already attracted a company to lease the entirety of the first speculative building.
Above all, Vincent is valued for the way he approaches his work with integrity, optimism, and genuine care for the people around him. His recognition as a Forty Under 40 reflects not only what he has accomplished, but the kind of leader he is and the positive momentum he brings to Lauth Group and the broader community.
