CARMEL, INDIANA (June 16, 2022) – Lauth Communities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carmel-based Lauth Group, Inc, completed its latest multifamily acquisition, City View Farm Apartments. Located at 1037 West Jefferson Street in Franklin, Indiana, the property was built in 2004 and features 84-units on a 4.07-acre site.

The community is located less than one mile from downtown Franklin and utilizes a historic building as the full-service leasing center. Amenities include garages, an onsite playground and dog park and a grilling/picnic area behind the leasing center. Housed in four, three-story buildings, residents have the choice of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units ranging in size from 788 square feet to 1,206 square feet.
