Located on the 1st floor of the 1st ON MAIN office building, Goelzer Investment Management relocated their corporate headquarters office from downtown Indianapolis to Carmel in late 2024. The 11,505 SF office space takes advantage of access off of the building’s main lobby. The space was designed by Parallel Design Group and constructed by Lauth’s Construction group. The suite features:
- A multi-functional lobby space with front desk, two conference rooms, and a tiered seating area
- An internal conference room, the D.W. that is glass on three sides to provide maximum light and is named after the company’s founder
- Private offices
- A social hub with kitchenette
- A wellness room
