Lauth has constructed four facilities for John Force Racing within the Eaglepoint Business Park. The first was the Indianapolis headquarters, which houses offices and the machine shop. The two-story lobby features a main floor museum space. The most recent facility opened in 2016 and was designed to house eight racing teams located in 25,400 square feet of office and warehouse space.
