TEAM RESPONSIBILITY

As President & CEO, Adam is responsible for providing overall direction for Lauth Group, Inc. and its affiliated entities. Adam has overall responsibility and accountability for development, management, and leasing of all Lauth Group business ventures.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Bringing nearly two decades of commercial real estate expertise to the table, including a 13-year tenure at JLL, where he ascended to the position of Managing Director and Market Lead and  managed a staff of more than 75 associates. During his time at JLL, Adam provided leadership to the Investor Services team, successfully overseeing a portfolio over 11 million square feet, accounting for 54% of the market.

Before joining Lauth in 2022, Adam was a partner focusing on the development and acquisition of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, with a geographical focus extending across the Midwest and Southeast regions.
