Building trust since 1977.

What started in 1977 as a company of experienced professionals with a shared passion for excellence, has grown to become one of the leading real estate development companies in the Midwest. And as our projects got bigger and our team expanded, our focus on serving clients never diminished. From our first office project to the formation of a new facilities maintenance company, Lauth continues to grow and conduct business with integrity.
