TEAM RESPONSIBILITY

As President of Lauth Communities, Dan is responsible for executing the development of the multifamily investment and management platform, including strategic planning, feasibility and investment analysis, acquisitions, securing and negotiating bridge and permanent financing, institutional joint venture relationships and private equity capital.

Dan is also responsible for overseeing the Lauth Communities property management platform, its expansion and execution of property level business plans.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Lauth Communities a decade ago, Dan was a partner with the Chicago based team of CBRE Capital Markets. He also spent several years focused on building a multifamily investment platform. Dan began his career in commercial real estate finance in 2000 with Laureate Capital, now Grandbridge, a national commercial mortgage banking company owned by BB&T Bank. Prior to entering the capital markets industry in 2000, Dan worked for several public and private entrepreneurial companies in the technology and publishing software industry.
