TEAM RESPONSIBILITY

Jon has responsibility for overseeing all financial reporting, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, income tax compliance and planning, treasury management, human resources and information technology for each of Lauth’s operating and real estate holding company’s. Jon also oversees the property management and facility maintenance groups, as well.

EXPERIENCE

Jon joined Lauth in May 2005, as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to CFO in September 2009. Throughout Jon’s tenure at Lauth he has overseen the capitalization and funding of over 100 development projects for Lauth’s industrial, office, medical office, retail and multi-family sectors.

Prior to joining Lauth, Jon was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, where he spent12 years providing audit and merger/acquisition due diligence services to clients in the real estate industry. At Ernst & Young, his clients included a variety of commercial developers and property owners in the office, retail, and multi-family sectors, including the largest retail REIT and office REIT. Jon has experience with private and publicly traded real estate companies including initial public offerings.
